The Community of the Year honor was one of several recognitions Westerly received at the MAME Awards. We also won Best Video for our “Life is Good” vision piece, which captures the heart and soul of what makes this community home. The video brings to life our amenities, architecture, and the lifestyle that unfolds here every day through scenes of neighbors gathering at sunset concerts, kids splashing in the pool, and families strolling tree-lined streets.
Westerly also earned finalist recognition in five additional categories, from Best Logo Design —reflecting our timeless, sophisticated brand identity — to Best Special Promotion, Best Community Amenity Feature highlighting The Waypoint, and Best Architectural Design of a Model Detached Home for SLC Homes. Finally, we’re especially proud to celebrate awards for SLC Homes at Westerly. Ben Smith was honored as Best Procurement Manager and Shelbe Gehle won the top Sales Achievement Award for SLC Homes at Westerly.
