BizWest covered Westerly’s recognition as Community of the Year at the 2025 MAME Awards, the annual program presented by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, celebrating excellence in people, projects, and places across Colorado’s new home industry. The award recognizes the best overall community marketing and presentation, judged on design, architectural continuity, creative use of amenities and open space, landscape design, and sales success. Westerly also took home the MAME Best Video award, and two team members received individual honors, a sweep that reflects the depth of care behind every corner of the community.
